I hope everyone is doing the daily workouts and keeping up with it.
Just to recap what we covered this past week: our basic students covered the 4 step side kick and worked on a some blocking and the front kick.
Leadership students started covering the first half of their forms, and the grappling form.

Congrats on Reaching a New Belt
You should be very proud of yourself for all the hard work you've put in over the last couple months.

Our words of the month are Visualization. (hint: write each sentence out and place it at the dinner table, bathroom mirror, back of the car seat, anywhere you little black belt an see it. Read it to them and have tem read long. They'll get it in no time)!!!
